Your data is your own. Nexus Projects does not read, see, or retain the content of your requests or responses. We only record metering metadata — token counts, latency and generation time, and cost — and we do so solely to bill you accurately.

What we collect

We collect only the metering metadata required to operate and bill the service: the number of tokens or units processed, the latency and generation time of each request, the modality used, and the resulting cost. We also store the account information you provide when you register (such as your email address) and standard billing details handled by our payment processor.

What we never access

We do not read, inspect, log, or retain the content of your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs — including any text, audio, images, or video that passes through the router. Request and response payloads are relayed between you and the selected provider and are not stored on our systems.

Data ownership

You own your data. The content you send and the results you receive belong entirely to you. We make no claim to it, do not use it to train models, and do not share it with third parties beyond the upstream provider strictly required to fulfill your request.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Access to the limited metering metadata we retain is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. We follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your account information.
