These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexus Projects platform and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder boilerplate and not legal advice.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the usage policies of upstream providers. You may not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to abuse rate limits, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and usage-based charges are billed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges and metered usage fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Projects will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
